Home School Planner

Design Your Homeschool

We made the enormous decision to home school when our eldest child was "ready" to begin pre-school. The norm was that we would send him out of the home and to the pre-school where all the other children his age would be. For some reason the question, "Why?" "Why should we send him away?" "Why should he go to someone else's care when we are enjoying being a family together?" "Why should we be left with the scraps at the end of the day?" came to us and it was then, that the huge job of investigating options came about.

Well, that was in 1995 and since that time I have been reading, researching and investigating and loving our own home education journey.

As time moved on, I met many other homeschoolers who were asking exactly the same questions I had when I first begun, so I was motivated to write a website which would help the homeschooling family design their own unique homeschooling approach.

The website is written as a "guide" helping families understand "Why you do, What you do! "

I help families work through different Steps and create their own unique approach, helping them design and bring their own plans into fruition.

Step One: The Goals
Step Two: The Curriculum
Step Three: The Subjects
Step Four: The Homeschooling Approach
Step Five: Design Your Homeschooling Approach
Step Six: Organize your Home school

Home school Planners

Having designed multiple home school planners for myself and others over the years, I have realized the need for homeschoolers to be well organized, not only in their schooling needs, but also (and sometimes, especially) in their household. Home school Planners also need to be flexible as every homeschooler has different needs and requirements.

So, I have also created four unique Home school Planner Options to help you be organized. If you would like to discuss your homeschooling needs in consultation, you may find the Custom-Make-It Home school Planner to be the most useful.

Please contact me via my website and I would love to help you in any way I can.

Home school Gallery

You are also invited to be a part of The Home school Gallery in which you can add ideas which worked for you, ask questions, add your children's writing and art masterpieces. There is no charge to publish your children's writings, and as you do, so you also can help other homeschooling families.

Homeschooling E-zine : Keep on Track

It doesn't matter whether you've been home schooling for a week or a life-time, but we all need to be reminded of what is important. Would you like some guided help to Keep on Track? This free homeschooling E-zine, will provide you with practical advice and food for thought. You can read more about Keep-on-Track here.

Wishing you all the best in your home school journey,
